RLA provides the client with a small firm experience and service while having big firm capabilities.  This typically allows us to control the design of your building and schedule to complete it more efficiently. Roger will be your project team lead from conception to construction completion and beyond. Most of our clients end up as friends by the completion of projects and we treat them that way!  This is why most are repeat clients having established a friendly working relationship.  Some have been clients for over 20 years now!

We approach all of our designs as a collaborative professional team.  Qualified team members are selected based on their abilities applicable to your particular project requirements.

All required engineering is performed by professional registered engineers, local to where the work will be constructed whenever possible.  Our experience indicates that proximity to site allows the most fluent and expeditious transmission of design information both during design and during construction review services.
